There is nothing I love more than watching a small business come alive. That moment when the right systems click into place, the team starts believing in what they are selling, and the revenue starts reflecting all the hard work an owner has been pouring in — sometimes for years. That is why I built Metera. I am passionate about sales. Not sales as a numbers game, but sales as the lifeblood of every business — the thing that makes everything else possible. I spent the majority of my career in real estate, and it is where I truly learned how to sell.
I joined a large developer and became the top salesperson in less than a year. I built and led a successful real estate team, and over the course of my career I closed over $110 million in transactions — not by being pushy, but by genuinely connecting with people and solving their problems. In 2021 I founded Southeastern Oklahoma’s first luxury gated second-home community — 800 acres, $10M+ in financing
